Do We Need a PT at Gym?

Many people think that they do not need a personal trainer (PT) while weight lifting or cardio training. The common excuse they would likely to answer is: Renting a personal trainer would be very costly and most of them do not like when a personal trainer gives them a heavy program to be done. Well, if you DO know how to lift those dumbells properly, or be well-dedicated to come regularly, and control your food intake, then congratulations, you do not need a PT. But most people don't know the right procedures and a small accident while exercising may occur. That's why a PT is needed and wanted.

By having a PT, you don't have to think hard for the programs you should take. He will gives you the program based on your body strength and weakness. He will also advice you what the right food to eat is, and motivate you to never give up working out. So I think, if you are offered by a PT to guide your whole exercises, just take it, cause you'll never regret pay for him.
